MY THERAPY STYLE
Witnessing my clients gain agency and reclaim control of their lives is my favorite part of therapy. I consider therapy as a collaborative journey where we work together to identify and modify patterns that may not effectively help you manage stress. It's a space for equipping you with tools and skills to reclaim your life.

I frequently recommend exposure therapy for addressing fears or anxieties, promoting a more mindful way of living. This involves voluntarily confronting what keeps you feeling stuck. You're not alone in this journey; I'll be there every step of the way, supporting you as you need.
Facing fears isn't about getting rid of them but discovering your resilience and learning to focus on what matters most to you.

My colleagues and clients have described my approach as both kind and straightforward. In our sessions, I strive to create a warm, trusting environment where you feel comfortable sharing and addressing what's most important to you.
