MY THERAPY STYLE
I genuinely enjoy working with clients, hearing their unique life stories, and finding ways to help each person as an individual.

I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can bring your full self. My approach is relational with a psychodynamic orientation, aiming to help you find more meaning in your life, improve the quality of your relationships, increase satisfaction in life, and support your ability to self-reflect and understand your own mind.
I believe that there is no such thing as “one size fits all” in therapy. Therefore, I am attuned to your individual needs and will go at a pace that is most helpful for you.
My colleagues and clients have described my style as authentic and light-hearted. I am committed to walking alongside you on your unique journey of self-discovery.
